MBS was founded by a small consortium led by Nick and Grace Nicholaou in 1986. All accounting services, as required by the AICPA, are provided through the accounting firm of Grace S. Nicholaou, CPA. Grace is a CPA nationally recognized for her expertise in the field of not-for-profit accounting. She and her staff perform audits, reviews, and consult in this often hard-to-understand style of accounting. They are also available for compilations, 990 filings, outsourced bookkeeping services, and internal control studies. Thanks to our ministry-minded rate, Grace and her staff are available to help ministries of all budget sizes in this critical area, helping clients achieve compliance with accounting standards, rules, and regulations. |
